Cost Estimates

• Cost estimates are free unless preliminary work is required to assess the damage. If the device is not powering on, unresponsive, or requires troubleshooting due to issues such as water damage, battery or capacitor leakage, impact/shock, or other faults beyond standard mechanical components (e.g., pinch rollers or belts), a €180 diagnostic fee will apply. This fee applies when faults are not immediately visible and further investigation is necessary.
• ​If the device is repairable and you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total cost.
• If the device is not repairable, or you choose not to proceed due to cost or any other reason, the diagnostic fee will still apply.
